Viviomd’s intake platform points users to clinicians who evaluate each person individually. Treatment may be appropriate for adults who:


  • Are looking for medical support for weight management alongside lifestyle changes
  • Have questions about GLP-1–based medications or other prescription options
  • Prefer convenient, remote care with a licensed provider. 


Important: Not everyone will qualify. A licensed clinician must review your health history and determine clinical appropriateness. 

If you are any of these you stricltly need not apply

  • patients with Type 1 diabetes, history of pancreatitis, active cancer, eating disorders, or those who are pregnant/breastfeeding
  • personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Cancer or MEN2

  • Compounded GLP‑1 programs (injections or tablets): typically from about $139–$299/month, depending on the medication, format (injection vs. oral), and any current promotions.
  • Compounded GLP‑1 + GIP (dual agonist) programs: typically from about $339–$398/month.
  • Brand‑name GLP‑1 prescriptions (when available): for example, can range from around $1,299–$1,399/month and to around $1,499/month, depending on the plan and current pricing.

Prescription required 

Any medication is prescription-only and provided only when a licensed clinician determines it is clinically appropriate.

How quickly will I see results?

Everyone’s body responds differently, so results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Some members notice changes in the first few weeks; others take longer. Your clinician tracks your progress and adjusts your plan as needed. Results for compounded medications have not been established. 

Do I need insurance?

No insurance is required. Viviomd accepts major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and HSA/FSA. There are no hidden fees. 

What states do you serve?

Viviomd is available in 49 U.S. states. Services are not currently available in Louisiana or outside the United States. 

What treatments are available?

Providers may prescribe FDA-approved medications or compounded GLP-1 treatments when clinically appropriate. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is determined by a licensed provider. Compounded products are not FDA-approved.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Viviomd is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime from your member area.
